The design concept is based on the original style of the home as well as by the art and furniture that the family has collected over the years. Asian art, specially contributes to a majority of the furniture attributes as the homeowner are of Asian-American decent. The elevation below shows the dining room with the kitchen and living room.
All of the fabrics are made from organic materials and were hand made. The setting is in a contemporary approach, softened with draperies and soft curved lines as seen in the sofa.

The second level of the home is spatially placed considerably away from high traffic. The master bedroom is located down the hall and incorporates the master bath with a his and her toilet and a jacuzzi tub continuing into the spacious master closet. Within the space, a study and workroom is located near the master bedroom. At the opposite side of the hall are the bedrooms were it will be occupied by the children.

The basement level features a media room with top of the line built in sound system, a fully equipped home gym, a recreation/game room and a two-car garage.
